breakfast selection central location limited menu slow service
The breakfast was quite good. It provided a wide selection of options and the staff were polite. The hotel's location is central and convenient. Many attractions were within easy reach.
The cocktail menu at the bar was limited. Service at the bar was slow and inattentive. I had to ask multiple times for assistance.

The breakfast selection met my expectations. It had a good variety of items.
the front desk service was not good. i found a lack of knowledge among the staff quite embarrassing (it seemed like i knew more than them).

Stylish stay!
easy access friendly staff spacious room
I found the hotel with ease! Access from the underground carpark was simple using the lift to the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and quite spacious I could stretch out and relax. I really enjoyed my time there.
The air conditioning unit emitted a blue light during the night which i found quite disruptive to sleep. I will mention this when I return!

Breakfast offered an excellent range and the quality was very high. The view of the cathedral from the breakfast area was fabulous. I could enjoy my meal while looking at the beautiful architecture.

The staff provided a high level of service throughout the hotel. The bar staff were particularly attentive and helpful, always ready with a smile. Their friendliness. I felt so welcomed.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for transport and sightseeing. It offers easy access to many key attractions. I could walk to several popular sites. Public transport links were also very close.

convenient location delicious breakfast rude receptionist uncomfortable interaction
the location was convenient. it was an easy walk to several attractions. the breakfast had a delicious selection and a nice atmosphere.
the checkout experience was not good. i had an uncomfortable interaction with a receptionist. the person was rude.
